When Care More approached us they had a website design for their home care service that they were not happy with. It was generic and clunky without any consideration for the users journey and experience using the website. The content was repeated across multiple section, and it was generally uninspiring.
As a young and dynamic company in a growing sector they needed a website that represented their quality and values which make them stand apart from others. It needed to be visually engaging and accessible for a range of audiences who are potentially going through a challenging period of their lives, or the lives of their loved ones. A lot of existing website design for care services doesn’t work hard enough to reflect its service users and the enthusiastic, professional staff that make the business successful. Reflecting those aspects of the business was important to both us as designers and the team at Care More.
We helped Care More to organise some photography to go alongside the quality content they were writing. Taking inspiration from their existing branding. This includes colours, logo contours, and type faces. We created an engaging website that highlighted the great relationships between staff and services users, the range of services on offer, the positive testimonials from clients, and the high values of Care More as a service provider.
