One of the things we at Parkers most enjoy is supporting our clients with events!
Superior Healthcare are a client we have worked closely with for years. Recently, they held two events at Eastwell Manor and The Village Hotel in Maidstone to highlight changes introduced to the industry by the Care Quality Commission.
Invitations were sent to the residential and nursing homes that they supply agency staff too, alongside other customers they felt would benefit from a seminar that introduced the new CQC standards.
The event comprised of a training session held by Louie Werth from Care Research, business who help companies “get CQC Ready”.
Parkers produced bespoke invitations and sent these out directly by post to the delegates. We then designed and produced four Fabriwalls (modular systems that have a hard-wearing cloth display) to set the scene within the event and highlight some of the services that Superior Healthcare also offer such as training and permanent recruitment.
Following this we designed and produced square brochures for the Training and Agency sides of the business to giveaway. As this was an introduction to practices which would change their industry, we understood that it was important for participants to not just be there for the day, but to take away reminders of what they had learnt.
With this in mind, we created useful notebooks for each delegate that captured the key lessons learned from the Care Research sessions that they could refer to later and a helpful A2 poster that they could put up on their walls to remind them of the new standards.
The delegates were also treated to beautiful soft touch A5 notebooks, branded pens and posits all supplied in a branded bag.
Parkers not only created all the materials, but we also helped set up the events and were present to talk to any delegates who needed help and advice related to the marketing of their homes.
If you need any help with project managing and producing materials for events that you are holding, we’d love to hear from you!
